MoeVela, LLC CEO named to GWHCC Board of Directors

OCTOBER 1, 2013 — WASHINGTON, DC — MoeVela, LLC, an international business development consulting firm, announced today that its CEO, Moe Vela, has been appointed to the board of the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

“I am honored to be named to such an important position with such a historically relevant organization like the GWHCC,” said Vela. “I look forward to working with the other board members, as well as the Washington DC-area leadership to foster growth and development for Hispanic business enterprise.”

Vela launched MoeVela, LLC in 2012 and has established business relationships across the country and throughout Latin America, primarily in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina and Chile. In addition to running MoeVela, LLC, Vela is also a partner at the New Jersey-based law firm of Scarinci Hollenbeck as well as an adjunct professor at American University Washington College of Law.

Vela is joined by Margarita Dilone, President of Crystal Insurance, as new board appointees.
